The hotel reception staff are warm and friendly. The hotel is close to the beach and main road. Complimentary afternoon tea and free bicycles are provided.
The room has very poor sound insulation.The door is opened by inserting a card.

Location was great, close to beach, many restaurants, the big shopping mall. Had a nice variety of bikes to borrow. Also loved that breakfast went until 11am, plus a merienda 5-7.
Gym upstairs was a little neglected, but no big deal.

Great staff, very friendly. Most spoke Spanish and English. Really helpful directing to local shops and recommending resturants. Was able to leave my bag in a nice and secure location on the last day after checkout.
The bathroom wasn't very wellcleaned. Plug socket by the bed and by the sink were hanging out the wall. Breakfast wasn't great if you don't want a very sweet breakfast. Very annoying on the last day with people setup with their latops working taking all the space up. Went elsewhere for breakfast in the end.
