Located in Canning Vale, this attractive condo for $69 per night is a great choice for your next break. ACCOMMODATION The flat can accommodate three people. The bedroom has two king single beds. There is a double sofa bed in the living area for another guest. Linen and towels are provided. KITCHEN AND BATHROOM This well appointed flat has a kitchen complete with all utensils, fridge/freezer, electric cooktop and convection microwave. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, toilet and washing machine. There is a dedicated clothes line outside. OTHER AMENITIES The flat has free WIFI, LED TV with DVD player & reverse cycle air conditioning NEIGHBOURHOOD Canning Vale is a quiet, leafy suburb with many parks. There is a greenbelt nearby for walkers and cyclists. A large shopping center and fast food outlets are 1 km away. PARKING AND ACCESS There is a dedicated off-street parking bay. Access is through a private gate to a separate entrance. There is a door in the living area to the main house that is locked and sealed with no possible access from the main house. Perth International Airport (domestic and international) is 25 minutes away by car. The CBD of Perth and the waterfront of Fremantle are both approx 25 minutes away by car. There is a bus that runs during weekdays just a few meters up the road - it runs between Murdoch and Armadale Stations. FIONA STANLEY HOSPITAL & JANDAKOT FLIGHT SCHOOL Guests, who are patients at Fiona Stanley or are studying at Jandakot Flight School, have found the flat to be situated in a convenient location. HOSTS We enjoy interacting with people and are readily available to help when needed. HOUSE-RULES No Smoking Ensure quiet after 10pm No additional visitors onsite after 10pm

My son stayed for his TAFE block and felt very safe and comfortable. Everything was there for him. Thank you Kerry

The property is located in a quiet area, closed to shopping centre etc.
The two issues we were concerned are
1. There is no curtain for the window in the lounge. It was only with the net which is not blocking people seeing from outside.
2. We found opening the side timber gate was difficult. It was easy to open from outside, lifting the lever.

The property was as described in VRBO and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there very much. It was well equipped and spotlessly clean and also in a quiet area. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Perth Hills area.

Easy check-in, clean and comfortable
I didn't stay long but did enjoy my short stay, the apartment has everything required and Kerry's check-in instructions were straight forward.
Will definitely stay again.

Quiet and Orderly
It was a wonderful place that had just what was needed. Very tidy and orderly. There is also a great walking path near the home! Thank you for the lovely accommodation!

Lovely unit in a great location
I stayed at this great little unit for a week. Great communication with Kerry, who met me when I arrived and showed me the unit. It is very clean, new, private and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and warm, and the bathroom was also quite spacious, new and the shower was fabulous. I was able to cook a meal with good quality pots and pans. Shopping center 2mins away was very handy. Reverse air con made the whole unit warm and cozy. I would definitely stay again, especially at the most reasonable price.

Beautiful new property
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kerry and Craig's. Kerry was there to welcome us and invited us to contact her should we need anything further. The location is great with a mall 2 mins drive away, very central to highway making trips into cbd very easy. The flat provides privacy, lovely finishings, comfortable beds, new appliances. A must stay and the price is a bonus. Will definately like to stay again when next in Perth.
