Nächstes Mal würden wir sofort wieder buchen

Zenky und die zwei Frauen waren so hilfsbereit, ohne dieses dreamteam wären wir nicht weitergekommen, einfach nur empfehlenswert!!! Dazu die tolle Lage, die großen Zimmer

Super adresse

Un accueil des plus chaleureux et sympathique, de supers conseils, à l’écoute, souriantes, merci Kathy et Annie, vous êtes trop adorables ! Les garçons sont très gentils aussi et serviables, vraiment tout le personnel est super ! Un hôtel très propre avec matelas confortable, frigo, théière, salle de bain impeccable, proche de tous commerces en plein centre du vieil Ha Noï … Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux.

Buon hotel in ottima posizione

Premessa: abbiamo prenotato su booking l'Hotel Golden Legend Boutique, ma la nostra stanza era al Golden Legend Diamond, un hotel dello stesso gruppo che si trova a pochi metri di distanza nella stessa via. Siamo stati avvisati di questo cambiamento tramite una mail, pervenutaci poco dopo la prenotazione. Alle nostre rimostranze hanno riferito per iscritto che sul portale di booking inseriscono le disponibilità delle stanze degli hotel mescolate (quindi fotografie di varie stanze di hotel diversi). Pur trovando la cosa assai strana e anche poco corretta, abbiamo deciso di non fare ulteriori proteste considerate le buone valutazioni dell'hotel in cui avremmo soggiornato. Abbiamo trovato la stanza ed il bagno nel complesso confortevoli e di buone dimensioni; vi è anche un balconcino (in verità dall'aspetto non molto curato) con affaccio sulla via, che dava comunque una bella luce alla stanza. Anche la posizione dell'hotel si è rivelata ottima per le visite che avevamo in programma, si trova in zona centrale ma in una via sufficientemente silenziosa. La notte non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumore e grazie anche al letto molto comodo abbiamo avuto un sonno ristoratore. La colazione è per la maggior parte asiatica, ma c'è anche qualche opzione alternativa ed inoltre sono presenti molti tipi di frutta; dal menù si possono inoltre ordinare piatti preparati al momento (quello che loro chiamano pancake non è un vero pancake alla maniera europea, ma è comunque buono). Un particolare merito va dato allo staff, sempre molto premuroso e gentile.

Come detto in premessa, non ho trovato corretto il loro sistema di caricare su booking stanze afferenti ad un hotel diverso, anche se alla fine ci siamo trovati bene. Appena entrati nella nostra stanza abbiamo notato che era presente un groviglio di capelli sul pavimento, probabilmente sfuggito al personale delle pulizie. Lo abbiamo segnalato subito alla reception e al nostro rientro era stato pulito.

Very good stay

We liked the location and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good

We asked the tour salesman about a bus to Cat ba Island and he gave us one option and said that was it fairly bluntly. We then went down the road to another tour operator who gave us lots of options and was way more friendly. This did not affect our stay though.

Excellent central location, quiet street and great room.

Breakfast was delicious

We were upgraded to a different room that the one my wife had specifically chosen. The upgrade was nice, but my wife would have liked the balcony of the original room.

Lovely staff and location but needs improvements to hygiene

The receptionist, Trang, was AMAZING. So helpful with anything we needed - from booking bus tickets, laundry service and tips on where to go. Great location in the Old Quarter.

The breakfast (at next door hotel) was very poor. It was very poor quality food and limited vegetarian options. yogurt was served in plastic takeaway containers! The bathrooms also need some major cleaning.

Delightful, helpful ladies at reception.

The location is great. Vibey, busy area but the street is quiet. Nice coffee shops very close by. Room and bathroom well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay!

The room was very spacious and we loved having a balcony. The staff was very nice as well and we liked being central.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t quite our taste, however they also prepare pancakes/eggs/pho on request which was very tasty.

Tolles Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Hanoi

Die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Die Lage ist super und man kann einiges fußläufig erreichen (Hoan Kiem See, Train Street, …). Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück besteht aus einem umfangreichen Buffet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Zimmer hatte ein kleines Fenster in den Innenhof, wodurch unser Zimmer etwas dunkel war.

The staff were very very helpful! Great location, walking distance to everything. I even stayed an extra two nights here when I returned from Ha Long Bay ☺️

Great hotel in Old Quarter

The hotel is very nicely situated in the Old Quarter, within walking distance of the lake. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. The driver who picked us up at the airport was very informative and used the time in the traffic jams to tell us (through Google Translate) all we needed to know about Hanoi.

Not a bad thing, but good to know: the breakfast is served in another building, a few steps down the same road.

Lovely staff, very attentive and helpful. Location is great, surrounded by restaurants, near the little lake and not far from the sightseeing spots. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were super comfy!

If you are (very) sensitive about noise it might be too loud. We did not have a problem sleeping 😌

Beautiful stay

The property is centrally located. Right next to the main road. The street is quaint and pretty. No noise and a nice view from the balcony. The staff is extremely helpful. They speak English which is big plus point. Special thanks to Ms. Moon, Ms. Hue and Mr. Minh for making the stay comfortable.

It's home away from home. I'm coming back!

The location is perfect since it smacks right at the center of the city near tourist spots and good eats. The staff is the BEST! VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. They speak good English. Shout out to Trang, Ming, and Moon and all the staff for making me feel so safe and at home! I miss them already!

The location is superb in the middle of the old town. A special lady named Hang Nguyen work in the reception was great and helpful with everything we needed.
