El personal bastante agradable y servicial.

Una persona de "Recepción" que llevaba "Pañuelo a la cabeza". Mi habitación estaba en la 2ª planta, (En la "Reserva", solicité la planta lo más alta si fuese posible), en el "Cheking" me dijo la sra. del "Pañuelo a la cabeza" que tenía la habitación doscientos ... y pregunté en qué planta estaba, me dijo que en la 2ª. "Ok, le dije", . "¿Pregunté cuántas plantas tenía el hotel?" me dijo que dos. Error, el hotel tenía o tiene 5 o más plantas. No sé por qué me dijo dos plantas cuando sabe perfectamente que el hotel tiene muchas más plantas. Por lo demás el resto del personal del hotel, gente bastante agradable.
