Nestled in Groveland, this lovely house for $326 per night is a great choice for your next break. Newly Renovated home with vaulted knotty pine ceilings in large open space living room with cathedral windows that help bring the outside in. The main room will bring special meaning to every morning as you look out the windows onto a sea of treetops. Living room has plenty of comfortable leather seating with a wood burning fireplace (wood is provided). Home located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. Enjoy the beautiful wrap-around deck with views of the surrounding oak and tall pine trees. Take in the beauty of the natural landscape on the enclosed deck, for child safety there are latched gates enclosing the deck. Fully stocked new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances; refrigerator has a built-in filtration system and icemaker. Great views of wildlife while standing at the kitchen sink. Gas BBQ on wraparound deck. This is a 3 Bedroom with top quality beds linens, pillows, and towels. Master Bedroom has a California King Bed and has access to the deck through slider, plus a walk-in closet and private master bathroom. Bedroom 2 - has a Queen bed and a fort style Twin/Twin Bunk. This room has a TV with DVD player with and an assortment of movies and toys for the little ones. Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, view of trees from every window and a walk-in closet. Dining room has ample natural light with view looking out to the back deck. You will see many deer, wild turkeys and squirrels as they make their way through the yard. Brand new POWERFUL HVAC unit (A/C – Heat) unit to provide guest the most comfortable stay! 55” HD flatscreen equipped with Roku TV that includes most of not all streaming services to include Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, HBO Max, etc. The TV has a Chromecast as well for streaming tablet or phone content directly to the TV. FREE High speed internet access. Bluetooth soundbar in living room for your favorite music. Detached garage has a game room with an air hockey table and suffleboard table. About Pine Mountain Lake Yosemite Park is just 25 miles away, but there are many other attractions in the area. Pine Mountain Lake amenities include our 18 hole Championship Golf Course, Restaurant & Lounge and Stables. This is a unique private gated community close to Yosemite National Park, nestled into the natural landscape of the pines, oaks and mountains of Tuolumne County, Groveland, CA. There are three public beaches for our guest, they are, the Marina, Dunn Court Beach, the Lake Lodge and Fisherman’s Cove (fishing only). A water taxi shuttle operates between the four locations during the summer. The Marina Lakeside Café is open daily from May through mid September. Pine Mountain Lake also offers a premier championship Gold Country Golf Course. It is available for public play and tournaments. After a long day on the greens, everyone can enjoy the Grill Restaurant and 19th Hole Lounge since they are open to the public. Other activities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, a heated swimming pool (May - Sept), a full service Equestrian Center that offers trail rides, special excursions, play days, and children’s horse camps. *Some of the activities and amenities are seasonal. ** Tennis and pickleball have a charge of $7 for adults and $1 for children. Guest Access /Parking Fee Please note a one time $44 guest fee per car charged at gate by Pine Mountain Lake. The fee pays for unlimited entry/exit during your stay. The pass is good for up to 1 week. This fee is paid directly at the gate upon entry and does not go to us. All Pine Mountain Lake guest are charged this fee for all homes in the community.

Our stay was quiet and relaxing. It rained the entire time, so we didn't do much. Our girls enjoyed the game room playing air hockey and darts. The hot tub was relaxing. The kitchen had all the items for cooking. We took a 4 mile walk to Pine Mountain Lake in the rain and it was beautiful. The board games were missing pieces and there was only one remote for the entire home (I guess someone took the other one). Jeff was very responsive to issues. Great trip.

The home is very comfortable and has everything a family needs. There was lots of space for everyone to enjoy. Highly communicative hosts able to answer question and resolve needs very quickly.

Great Base Camp
This was a great spot for our first trip.to Yosemite. Property was perfect for our family. Groveland is a cool little town. Owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Good times spent
House was nice and spacious. I liked the open space and big windows in the living room. Location makes it easy to get to Yosemite, short drive. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

would give 5 but very bad experience getting in. Due to traffic issues arrived well after dark in the rain. The very steep drive was a bit frightening (but not unusual here we see) There is motion light on drive but we must have driven too far forward so it didn't go on. Hadn't realized 16 stairs to door --very difficult for husband who had badly hurt his knee. Not in description but if an issue it is clear from photos door is up stairs (not an issue when we booked) Given NO light took long time to feel how to open gate to deck. No light at all by front door. Key is in small box with very small code cylinders. Extremely difficult to see numbers with cell phone light only. Then had hard time opening to get key. & finally front door sticks so badly we couldn't easily open it thus couldn't tell if had opened the lock. All together getting in took about 20 frustrating minutes in rain. Not a good start. Easily solved with 1. motion sensor light by gate & front door!!!!~ 2. new key hide with bigger, clearer numbers 3. fix front door. Less serious issue easily fixed... towel rack in 2nd BR broken off wall, rack in MBR is loose
All that aside, home is lovely & comfortable, photos accurate. Kitchen very nice & well equipped. Really great for kids with games, even leggos in bunk room. Perfect for golfing - beach family. Yosemite a day trip but not good if that is main destination -- nearly 2 hours (lovely drive) to the valley. For some guests supercharger right in Groveland a plus.
listing says fenced yard... no, but nice that deer come close. Deck IS entirely fenced for little ones.

Great Cabin
We stayed at this house with another family, a total of 4 adults and 3 kids. There was a ton of space for everyone and the jacuzzi was lovely after our days hiking in Yosemite. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need, and the host was very communicative and quick to respond. I would stay there again!

We used the house as a base for going to Yosemite one day, then spent a rainy day playing games inside. Lots of things for kids to do - games, tvs, etc. There are video games, ping pong, shuffleboard & darts downstairs but it is not heated and the access is only through the garage door so not conducive to use in the winter.

The house was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. Great bbq on the deck. Nice rec room in garage. Air hockey table does not work but the grandchildren still had fun with it.

We also explored areas outside of Pine Mountain Lake and truly appreciated recommendations from Jeff and Gina. If you are to explore Yosemite, please make sure you have reservations. They still require them as of June 11, 2021. We were lucky and were able to get one for the next day, but some say they needed to book in advance.

Due to Covid, my 40th birthday plans to go to Mardi Gras were canceled - so a small group of friends and myself decided to rent a house and just hang out, cook great meals and enjoy the great outdoors. This house was great, love that each room had a queen sized bed or larger for our three couples. The hot tub (although small) was awesome to sit in the early morning with a cup of coffee. We saw deer (including a huge buck), wild turkeys, lots of squirrels and even some grey foxes meander through the backyard. The kitchen was stocked and made cooking a breeze. The beds were insanely comfortable. The boys loved the game room and I loved the extra touches (a bottle of wine and a Christmas ornament to take home as a souvenir, the fire kits for the fireplace and the toiletries in the bathroom complete with Advil - it was my 40th afterall :-). We drove to a local brewery one day and ordered delicious pizza delivered the night we arrived. All in all a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable home that's very well appointed.
Very nicely decorated and very comfortable home with very nice bedding, etc. The kitchen was very well appointed with just about any kitchen tool you can think of being there. I LOVED that. Had a wee snag getting into the place but property owner was very apologetic for mistakes on his part communicating entry details. Just be sure you have all the details about getting to the property before you head up there as wifi is very bad outside of the home in that area. We would definitely consider going there again though. Quite a nice place to be.

Home-base for Yosemite visit with family
This was a GREAT, family friendly home close enough to use as a base for Yosemite visits. It also has the amenities of the Pine Mountain Lake community to offer. Jeff and Gina were very responsive to the issues and questions that came up during our stay. We were a group of 6 with 3 adults and 14 year old twin boys and 10 year old little brother. The boys really loved the game room when we weren't out and about and the adults enjoyed the the peace and quiet, the wildlife and the well stocked kitchen for meal prep. = not to mention the hot tub, enjoyed by all! Would highly recommend for a family vacation!

Week in Groveland
Really, really nice home with all the amenities. Very nice home that was convenient in getting to Yosemite with the Valley a little over an hour away by car. The owners did a nice job in dealing with a minor bee issue we had at the house. Would come back.

Beautiful cabin
We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Pine Lake cabin. Gina and Jeff did a wonderful job making you feel right at home. It was so nice after spending the days in Yosemite to come back and relax in the hot tub, play some games in the game room and then have a good night sleep in the comfortable beds. They even had a bottle of California wine waiting for us that was made locally in the Groveland area. The drive to Pine Lake on hwy 120 coming from San Francisco is breath taking and the 45 minute drive to Yosemite are views you never get sick of. Thank you Gina and Jeff for making our trip to California a Pleasant and memorable one.

We can see how this could definitely be a fun rental for larger groups of 6-8 people to hang out on the decks and enjoy the property. We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The home was very clean, comfy and accommodating. All the essentials were proved, making you feel at home. We spent majority of our time there, just hanging out, cooking and playing cards. The owners were very communicative and made sure we had all the details we needed and etc. We will most definitely come back to this home and another weekend. You will not be disappointed at this home.
