This very inviting space also includes a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies and a cultured stone, wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm on chilly evenings. Step up into the formal dining area with a table for six and French doors that open out to the enormous, furnished deck complete with a private gas grill. Quick snacks or full-course dinners can be prepared with ease in the well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tiled countertops, and a breakfast bar. For a bit of fun, head down to the recently remodeled lower level boasting a pool table, foosball table, and home theater where you can watch your favorite movies with surround sound! This home also includes a quiet reading space - great for remote work or schooling. WHAT’S NEARBY Located in beautiful Pine Mountain Lake, a gated community just 23 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park, this area offers a variety of amenities to visitors including an 18-hole championship golf course, private lake, swim center, equestrian center, and fine dining at The Grill, just three miles from your door. You will also have several hiking trails to choose from close by including the Big Creek Trailhead which is less than a block away. Visiting anglers will also want to check out the local trout streams as well as Pine Mountain Lake Marina from where you can set off in your kayak, just a mile-and-a-half away. And less than a mile from this home, spend your days playing in the water or relaxing on the sand at Pine Mountain Lake Lodge Beach. THINGS TO KNOW This home is within a gated community that requires a $42 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is subject to change without notice. Internet access can occasionally be spotty depending on the weather. Beach towels provided. Firewood included. Some shared amenities are currently unavailable due to local rules and regulations Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This is amazing place. A huge clear house with wonderful terrace and cinema hall with pool. I really like it. AC worked good. It decrease temperature from 90F to 76F. It is a little bit hot but much better than 90F.
A lot of plates, glasses, silverware.
The huge minus of community is entrance fee and closed for guests parking (on weekend). Well, it is not huge but extremely unpleasant.

Great location with wonderful golf course, beaches and hiking very close. View off the outdoor deck wonderful.
However, there were some maintenance issues I suggest the owner look into:
1. Refrigerator leaking water into the frig and got food wet (leaking water filter)
2. Exhaust fan for the stove does not work. Had to turn a fan on the smoke detector whenever we cooked food on a skillet to the stop smoke detector from going off.
3. There were no working pool cues for the pool table. Maintenance person repaired a few cues so we could play.
4. Home theater remote for the projector does not turn it on or off even after replacing batteries. Had to do it manually
5. Many of the lamps had burned out bulbs or the bulbs were missing entirely
6. Bath towels smelled like wet dog or even grosser. Maintenance person brought over clean towels after we told him about the issue.
Great home, view and amenities. Just lacked attention to details which made the trip less enjoyable than it easily could have been.

The house is gorgeous spacious and simply nice.
The only thing was we had to plunge one of the restrooms, and the dishwasher stopped operating on the third day. The management was responding to our messages within minutes and that was nice. Overall recommend the house and will book again in the future!

Nice and decent home. Have all types of activities for kids and adults. Pool table, foosball, Home theatre setup. All the kids had a great time and left few drawings thanking the owner for a nice home :)
But few issues:
1. On the outside deck we noticed 4 spots where the wood is not nailed properly and if some one steps there, high chances of falling down.
2. near the stairs area to basement the smell is strong and odd.
3. Ceiling fan is needed in Living room area and an extra fan in the basement as both the rooms in basement does not have ceiling fans.
4. Outside trash was not empty when we checked in and as a result we were not able to put all the trash into outside bins.

This house was amazing - super well stocked not only in terms of kitchen gadgets (they even have an Instapot!) but also in terms of toileteries, linens and basic pantry items. The rooms were spacious, with every room having an attached bath, the beds had great mattresses, quality showers and just an overall well planned and functional layout and furnishings. We had a wide range of ages in our group and everyone raved at how amazing the place was. Everyone loved the board games, home theatre, foosball and pool tables, as well as all the amazing deck.

This Groveland home was a real delight with beautiful rooms, decor and a great location. We had a family vacation and we enjoyed the home theatre and snooker table, the patio and loved taking walks around. The house was well stocked with amenities and guest services were responsive to any questions.

A real retreat in every sense!
Gorgeous property which easily hosts 3 families!! Beautifully maintained and has every amenity you’d look for in an Airbnb! My favorite part of the property was the basement where they had a media room, pool table and foosball where I could spend all day long! The proximity to Yosemite National park was a huge bonus and don’t miss out the cute Groveland downtown which has a few fun places to eat and chill!

Clean and huge house
The house was in the middle of a great community. It was very secure and they do check every vehicle that enters the community. We absolutely fell in love with this beautifully arranged place and it felt that we were home away from home. Many of the great experiences came from the home itself.
Unit is well equipped with great kitchen amenities. Deck was well-maintained with automatic overhead sun shade. Very spacious and the house gets a lot of natural sunlight. The outdoor space was quiet and tranquil, which is what we were looking for.
The beds were clean and comfortable. We loved the board game collection.
Very convenient location to trail head and 2 beaches within the community . We even spotted deer outside the house and the kids had so much fun!
Overall, it was a great stay and a vacation well spent .

YUCK!! We also informed mgmt that there were no cleaning supplies to be able to clean ants (or anything else). We had to purchase paper towels, laundry detergent, sponges to clean dishes. There was ONE dishtowel to last 6 days, and we had to continually wash the one we had and the bath towels/cloths, etc. because there was not enough, hence having to buy laundry detergent. The outside garbage was 3/4 full when we arrived, and we had no where to put our garbage as our 6 day stay progressed. Once again, I let mgmt know this, as wildlife was getting into it, said they would pick it up, and never did. AC kept bedrooms cool, but the rest of the house was very warm, and no fans (just hanging wires from the ceiling). Kitchen is good size but has very little to offer in terms of cooking/baking needs, which is why you rent a house, to be able to use as you would your own home. No colander, no mixing/salad bowls, pots without lids, only two garbage bags (again, we had to buy some). In conclusion, good house for large family, but definitely bring your own supplies if want a clean area and too cook with a bit more ease than having to use the Wok for most everything (came in handy for our evening salads, as again, there were NO BOWLS!)

The upstairs is beautiful but air conditioning didn’t work well which made it extremely uncomfortable to stay during the July heat. Very disappointed as the upstairs home was really beautiful.
