We enjoyed the food, Breakfast and Dinner. The friendly service. Reasonable cost compared to facilities. Places for kids to play. The massage service was great too.
There was an alarm on one of our rooms late at night when members of the family having showers. This wake the kids up and couldn't sleep for a long time 😒.
Our room was across the Loundry and we can hear noises and people talking early in the mornings.
We couldn't use our discount for the Massage place because we didn't bring it with us. Maybe have it automatically cut off.

We liked everything, except the cost (too high).
If someone is actually reading this, please call me. You have my number.
1. Cost. Please drop your prices - especially the 'entry-level' basic rooms.
We paid almost R4000 for 2 x 2 sleeps and 2 x two buffet breakfasts.
2. Parking outside in the road was very nerve-wrecking. Please make a plan with the parking. The efforts of the security persons IS appreciated, though.

Was clean and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was good good food.
Aircon was very noisy. There was a lot of noise outside my room. The hotel is starting to show its age.
