Location and off street parking
Basement studio did smell a bit damp. Generally tired decor, bathroom sink didn’t drain well.

Property well located and comfortable. Having free parking was a bonus
It had everything we needed but was a little tired. We only needed one night in a central location with parking and given the cost of accommodation in the centre this is good value. Well located to Summertown as well.

Nice and cosy, with convenient onsite car parking, and located on the main bus route into the centre (or a 30 mins walk which isn't too bad either!). We spent four very comfortable nights here exploring the wonderful city of Oxford 😊

The location is excellent as is the space provided in each room one of rooms even had a balcony which was lovely
The property is very run down and needs a refresh the showers are very old and the thermostats don’t provide consistent heat, there was evidence of damp in the upper room and they haven’t been renovated for a very long time. Items like empty hand sanitizer bottles in corridors also show a general lack of care
