Our family of two adults and two boys, aged 6 and 8, stayed at Natura Resort for three nights. Although this resort is not specifically suited to children, we chose it because it is immersed in nature, exactly what we were looking for.
The highlight of our stay was definitely having monkeys come onto our outdoor area and put on a little show for us.
Our villa was beautiful, peaceful and had everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing in the jacuzzi overlooking the rainforest. All the staff were incredibly attentive, kind and welcoming.
We also loved the authentic area where the resort is located. Just a five-minute walk away, we found a little café overlooking the rice paddies, serving delicious food. It was nice to experience a more local side of Ubud.
The shuttle service was also very convenient, quickly taking us into the busy centre of Ubud and bringing us back to our peaceful home surrounded by nature.
Overall, we loved our stay and would happily return!
We would have appreciated a more extensive breakfast and dining menu, although we completely understand that, given the small size of the resort, providing a wider selection would be less sustainable.

The view is amazing, you basically stay in a jungle.
The room was a bit worn out.
Also the group of monkeys came to our pool and were chilling there, but this is what you get when you stay in the forest.

It was tranquil, peaceful. Staff were very helpful and extra friendly. Lots of care from all staff whatever part of the resort they worked in.

It has a good location, the facilities and the style of it is pretty, but the most I liked was the discretion, they never bothered us in the morning about the cleaning, they always waited till we leave the place.
First at all, they say the breakfast is included, which is ridiculous because the portions and the plates they offers you are for kids, you have the right only for certain foods or drinks and only one, which is not enough. We ended up ordering one extra plate and they charged it every day to the our room. And at the end of our stay we payed o lot extra money it suppose to for breakfast, personally was too much for a lil bit of food.
In my opinion the place is nice but not for what we paid!
