Location is top. It's not just after refurbishment; it has its charm and feels very “soft.” View from an Attic window.
Mattresses on the sofas were too cheap or worn out - even kids could feel the springs. Adults would manage comfortably for only one night. The bedroom bed is much more comfortable.

Stuff were very friendly and the location was great.
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, though quite old, and the whole place is in need of major renovations. The bathroom did not match the pictures, the shower was leaking, and unfortunately it was not properly cleaned, with visible mold.
