Very good value

Location, price and room was very good!

Beds were too soft. Two people sleeping in the same bed kept rolling on each other, as you sank too deep into it. Didn't get a good night sleep at all...

Regular hotel, good for a overnight stay in the city. Lovely staff.

Wi-fi was not strong in the room.

Room was a nice size and overall clean. Location is great, it's close to the train station and near the center. I was happy with the amount of hooks to hang clothes/towels and jackets on, I rarely find hotels that have hooks for hanging jackets and clothes/towels. I really enjoyed the blinds, which makes the room become really dark and really helped me while trying to fall asleep. The bed and the pillows were really comfy, and I liked that there was a desk and chair in the room. Also what was really important is that there is a receptionist 24/7 and that during the night you have to ring a bell to be let in - which I consider safer than just relying on a keycard. Overall I felt very safe in the room.

Like I said the room was overall clean, however the bathroom shower seemed to have some black mold on the corner tiles, which is a serious problem. It seemed like the stairs that I used were supposed to be the emergency stairs, which I found kind of strange and confusing. Also for some reason the first floor was split into two sections and only one section had access to the elevator, which leads me to believe that the other part I was in wasn't meant to be used for hotel rooms originally. It would be so much better to add some utilities - like a mini fridge and a teapot to warm water in or even a microwave. For me it's okay that there wasn't any breakfast included, however, in this case these extra utilities are needed! It's hard for foreigners to not have a minifridge/teapot to store food in (food that they can buy from a grocery store or leftovers from a restaurant) or make their own coffee/tea, because they might not be used to restaurants closing in the afternoon and opening later in the evening and eating dinner at 21 to 22-ish. I liked the staff a lot, but they do not understand English very well. To me it means that the hotel is mostly meant to accommodate Spanish travelers.
