The cleanliness is good, they change everything every day.
Hotel provides beach towels each day.
There staff is wonderful.
There are no cameras on the parking, if someone damages your car the hotel doesn't take any responsibility for the damage.
The beach is average at best.
People leave towels in the morning to take up spots on sunbeds, hotel claims they remove them but that's not the case.
There are only 2 showers at the beach and they are only cold water.
Dinners can be challenging if you don't eat sea food.
Deserts are cheap or not enough unfrozen.
In the morning they serve fresh squeezed juice, which is partially correct, the apple juice is not squeezed at all, ita store bought apple juice which they seem to mix with water; orange juice is store bought orange juice mixed with the squeezed orange juice.
The current app that hotel recommends you should use is in a very bad shape.
You can't drink tap water, which forces you to buy bottled water - hotel provides you with 2 small bottles every day. Usually hotels will have water fountains in cases like these.
The hotel entertainment is rather poor, and at times looks depressing.

We loved everything. Let start with the check in and golf carts that transport you to your room. Our room was beautiful, details were magnificent (make up table, mirror that hangs on the beautiful rope) , we even had walk in closet 😍 it was super clean , cleaning team did great job plus they were checking at evenings if we needed garbage discarded or extra towels. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Food was next level. They thought about everything. Water pitcher so you don’t have to get up to get water all the time , little holder for boiled eggs so it doesn’t slide from your plate. Honestly exceptional.
Our room was close to the beach. But i think in hindsight every room is close to the beach area. Loungers are comfortable and there are extra inflatable floaties by the beach that guests can use. Water is shallow , clean. Please bring your SUP if you have it , it’s just perfect for it.
We played water volleyball everyday with other guests and guys from entertainment team and it was so much fun. Met some great people that way too.
We used gym- it was great but doesn’t have free weights so keep that in mind. Played tennis too. Loved it.
There is arcade for the kids and kids programs at evenings, but our son is older so i can’t comment on those. There is a market inside resort, and little shopping area.
Pools are great and clean but we didn’t use those because we had beautiful beach. Hotel has free shuttle buses to towns Neos Marmaris and Nikiti. There is a private doctor in the hotel twice a day. We had to use it , so that was convenient too. Overall great stay. I would recommend it to everyone

This place is amazing! Bear in mind that this place is, so it seems, dedicated to families with children, mostly small ones. The location is on the beach with a private beach and lounge chairs and towels provided daily in your room.
The view is breathtaking, the rooms are big and clean. The breakfast is excelent and diverse. We didn’t have the dinner included but the Yallos tavern that can be found in the resort is excelent and so it the service. Everyone is extremely nice and eager to make your experience great every day. I also recommend trying the spa which is very nice as well. I would definitely come back and cannot recommend this place enough! Love it!
