Staff were great. Very impressed.
The Breakfast menu was almost the same everyday with spaghetti, sushi, etc. except the Thai food items. It becomes boring after a few days of stay. There were also a lot of steps in the hotel which makes it unfriendly for travelers who have mobility issues.

The staffs are very friendly and full of service mind. The show during dinner on the beach is one of the good live entertainment.
The hotel is on renovation without prior notice to the guest and without any special discount. They told when the guests contacted at the front counter with only apology. But actually it looked like you took a rest at the construction site, full of dust, very noisy. The apology is not enough but the hotel should not operate on this area. They offerred us with the beach villa. This is OK. But when I stayed I found the cockroach, some ants and lizard in the room. The TV had the problem. I contacted the room service. They provided the technician with the alcohol smell. I think this is not safe if the guess is the women.
