This was a lovely place. My wife and I felt very comfortable. The owner talked with us about the area and its history and showed us many places he thought we would enjoy to see since we were traveling on motorcycle. And he was right. The lake outside of Bled was stunning and the hike to the waterfall, which I would of passed on, gave great views. The guest house was fairly quiet with all the other guests and we got introduced to a visiting accordion player who sang and played two tunes for us. It was a great experience and made our visit to Slovenia wonderful. Gregor, the son, was very helpful too. The oldtown was a great place to walk around which we might of missed if not for Gregor's father recommendation to see the local museum.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the balcony and cleanliness. A lovely, quiet place to relax.
Although the buses come from just outside the house every hour, we found buses were inconsistent and normally late going to and from Bled. I would recommend renting a car, even though it's not necessary. We rented a car for one night of our stay and there is plenty of parking at the property. In saying that, I know the buses are nothing to do with the accommodation itself. We really enjoyed our stay.
