Booked the room for a trip to Legoland with my son. Location was fantastic and plenty of good breakfast spots nearby. Be advised, the rooms are off the beer garden so it's not quiet but the pub closed at 10pm so wasn't that bad. We knew that going in so no complaints.

As described it was a self contained unit with a double and two singles, with a kitchinette. Useful fridge and fans, though not enough of the latter in the August heat. Towels, toiletries, coffee tea and and excellent hair dryer.
Very very dated, probably a conversion in the 1980s. It was noisy with people using fowl language at night, but thankfully the garden was closed around 22:30H. You hear everything like all the bottles being put in the recycling bin, fellow guests being noisy having an early morning fag, because the windows, & building fabric are all dated. Access steep stairs, above the pub outside toilets; terrible cobwebs around the entrance door, plus the electrics went off at just before 23H, but we were lucky the pub was still open and a staff member came to switch them back on!
