The location is very convenient, and the staff members were impeccably kind and friendly.
Gym Director Yang was very knowledgeable in explaining my In-Body test results and provided valuable guidance in adjusting my exercise routine.

Actually I was there for a conference and had little time outside of the conference to do anything else in the hotel,
There was nothing I did not like, but as I said, except for sleeping at night, I had little experience of the hotel.
However as a venue for the conference, it was excellent. I don't know whether the staff was the hotel staff or the staff engaged by the conference organizers, but they were very good and helpful.
