the city of Tignale is located on a hill and the road along which the navigator led us was dangerous…. the car stalled and rolled back down the hill….when the residence stuff ask as if everything is ok we said yes except for the road we came from…. their answer was - “ oh yes, how much we struggle with google maps so that this route is not shown on the map”. But at the same time they did not warn us about this in advance ……

- I like the views - near by, in the town were very nice restaurants, bakery and shops - free access to kinder playgrounds and discounts to the restaurants - great swimming pools that was not far away from the building

- swimming pool for kids was probably not cleaned, there was a lot of dead flies - my room was in first floor on the level of stairs so when someone was coming to the building could look in to my bedroom window - air condition was not working in some parts of a day, was probably centrally switched of, and enabled only in the evenings

We ordered breakfast for one day in reception and there was no problem with doing that. Breakfast was served in restaurant Apollo XI which is part of group GTS. Breakfast was very well organised, we received few rolls, cornetto, set of cheese and ham, yogurths, jams, fruits and very good caffe. Overall it was very satisfactory. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and nicely located. We could be at the main square while we were on the balcony - this is what we really liked! :) Staff was extremely friendly, the best experience we've ever had in that matter. Tignale is perfect place and Casa Gardola is awesome!

There was no dish soap or dish sponge in the apartment.
