Location, breakfast, staff, safe, quiet.
I forgot my phone cord adapter and the let me borrow one.
One elevator without ac. I had to pay for Parking separate and I thought it was included already on the room charges.

The room is very good and comfortable and the breakfast is very good and has very good options.
The parking lot and the main entrance of the hotel is confusing. There was only one elevator and sometimes it took long to get it. The restaurant space is small for breakfast.

Close to everything and quiet safe area
Staff needs to understand customer service and the customer is not the worker. HK very bad hole on sheets paint on sheets cleaning not done properly and beds badly done. Property is being rebuilt and at the time of the booking did not specify
