i liked the location and the food

I didn't like the beach in front of the hotel. They should make it more accessible to guests. They should clean it up and put in some palm trees to make it look nice.

The restaurant and buffet were very good. The personnel were attentive and spoke English well.

The buffet was good, service was mostly non-existent at front desk, especially early morning when trying to leave for an excursion and all the doors were locked and nobody was around!

Lack of front desk service, rooms are old and poorly configured and the bed wasn’t comfortable! Not to North American standards!
