Great layout, clean and tidy
There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit. But the gradient is not too bad

There were 4 adults staying for 4 nights. We were very comfortable and did most of our own cooking. There was an oven and all the tools we needed. Dishwasher plenty of crockery and cutlery. 2 sofas and a dining table. Walking distance to town, market and art Centre where we saw Kate Cebrano perform. Would have been hard to seat 6 people on the sofas but excellent for 4.

Good location within 5 minutes to the town centre.
The property was dated and old. There was a notice of a $50 charge if dishes were left.
There were no cushions on the sofa, the walls were marked, dead flies on the upstairs window and the courtyard was unkept, not inviting and backed onto an old caravan in a long grassed area. For what we paid I had expected more. The cleaning staff seemed annoyed but the lady at The River Reception (check in/out) was friendly. I will investigate other accommodation options next time.
