The staff was too intrusive. For example, I did not like the staff giving instruction to my kids not to break something. The staff was mixing the charges to be paid by two separate case so I was asked to pay charges which were meant for other guests and the whole thing escalated for a very long time and one day of my trip just ruined to clarify this thing between booking.com and the owner of the apartment. We did not like the owner giving us instruction to remove our shoes 2 floors below and there were no house shoes. The apartment owner was nice and well behaved but was lacking professional approach with guests. Also the car park was on tilted ground so get ready for wheel alignment once you stay there😔 Was quite a hike to reach there although from photos of apartment you don't get the idea how high you are going. There were hidden and closed rooms and doors which were not well explained by owner. No nearby place to eat.. but what do you expect in high mountain.. Holy bible in cabinet.. as if all guests follow Christianity... I wonder where is inclusion..
