Nice place
Very moody, angry staff CUSTOMER SERVICE very bad communication between staff is very bad accused us of not paying for breakfast and then refused to give us breakfast later on found out our room comes in breakfast included was embarrassing would not go there again.

Nice breakfast big room interconnecting was great for family
Slow to respond for concierge for airport pick up request and ended up with taxi which I got scammed as they decided to stop before the hotel and take the money and then drop to the hotel .

The hotel is super central right next to Grandview Plaza and a short walk away from Metro stations. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. Really comfortable stay in Guangzhou.

The reception staff were very good.
The hotel had a musty smell, aircon was noisy at times, vacuum was left outside corridor on all the days we stayed. The hotel needs a refurbishment as it is looking a little worse for wear.
The bar staff was slow and took 20 minutes to get my drink with not many guests.
