Location, comfortable beds, coffee on hand, decor.
One of the two toilets was out of order, which is never great with a family of five. We would like to have been informed about this!
Also an ant infestation appeared at 1am.
Neither thing was terrible but could be dealt with for the future.

Great location, easy to walk to st marks and rialto bridge. Our appt was spacious even with a 9 year old on the sofa bed. Both beds were super comfy and cool, just what we needed!
Shower took a while to heat up and water pressure not the strongest but this is minor compared to everything else

The location is quiet, the neighborhood is peaceful. There are two outstanding restaurants just 60 seconds out the front door. The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay heaven. It is close to San Marco square and you cand look on Google Maps to take the 5.2 line to get to San Marco because it is easier to reach Al Bailo from there.

Check is very good although it was made at a hotel which owns the property about 10 minutes away from the property. Very good location for exploring Venice. The property would benefit from a fresh paint work. The bathroom was fine with a good shower, but the sealant around the shower needs replacing. The fridge needed a deep clean but we never used this anyway.
Paint work needs refreshing. Kitchen fridge seals not clean. Shower sealant needs replacing.
