There is a washing machine in the room.
Has washing machine but no detergent. Need to pay a fee for the detergent at the reception. Parking is Yen1000 per night. There is no tea, coffee in the apartment. Bed is no good. Pillow is too soft that feels nothing.

Convenient near monorail station for airport or very pleasant walk to the centre: Prefectural Office, Kokusai Dori, Fukushuen. Supermarkets nearby and convenience stores adjacent to monorail station. Accommodation is simple and practical with kitchen, equipped with rice cooker and grill. Quiet and private, this suited my needs well. Pretty garden and park nearby to relax in.
