The room was great. This is a charming historic hotel with beautiful décor and thoughtful modern updates. Wonderful location near the coast and centrally located in Kilkee. Overall, a really nice place to stay.
During our stay, we experienced issues with the hot water for showers and the Wi-Fi service. Management assured us that both issues would be addressed promptly, so hopefully future guests will not encounter the same problems.

A nice comfortable room with a side seaview
Sadly we didn't receive very good customer service, we wanted to have dinner in the hotel or bar, plenty of empty tables seemed available but recommended by waitress to try other eating establishments in the town as they were busy or return in an hour and a half and hopefully we may get a table but couldn't guarantee it.
We did find an alternative lovely place to eat which we would recommend.
A great shame as the hotel is lovely and in a fabulous location, although we thought quite expensive, customer service could be improved for residents.
