I like the cleanliness, the lication near the sea and the price, only 37e for a day
The reception guy is always late, the power sockets dont really work with normal european power plugs, the fan in the bathroom was noisy. The breakfast could have fruits and vegwtables and less sugar coated crap.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff friendly. Guaranteed parking with marked parking space and coded entry.
There could be a few more dishes in the kitchen.

Excellent location and very comfortable stay. A wonderful place in a prime first-line location. The room was large, spacious, and very comfortable, with direct access to the outdoors. There is a big private and secure parking area, which was very convenient. The breakfast was excellent and freshly prepared. The room was warm and cozy — we stayed during winter and felt very comfortable. The internet connection worked well, and it was nice to be able to sit outside as well. We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was well thought out, and we would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great view looking over the pool and sea. It had a nice pool which was kept clean. The beach was lovely and within very close proximity to the apartments. Reception were friendly and did try to fix any problems as they were pointed out. It had his own parking spaces which was helpful. Breakfast is being mis-sold as it states 'Superb Breakfast' but there's no way it could be described as this. The breakfast included in the price was really basic and very disappointing.
The choice and quality of the food in the restaurant was good which was a separate cost.
There was a shop which sells bread, pizzas and makes rolls up on request within easy walking distance. Scala dei Turchi was about a 35 minute walk along the beach which was easier than trying to park there.
The apartment seemed a bit run down. The first thing which greeted us was the badly broken recycling boxes on the balcony, a broken clothes dryer and very weathered plastic chairs. The clothes dryer was quickly replaced when we informed reception. Some of the drawers and units in the apartment were chipped and the bedside light switches didn't work very well and felt 'wobbly'. There wasn't a sofa bed as it was a bunk bed. The air conditioning leaked all over the floor and we weren't sure if it was working very well. It had to be repaired twice and we didn't bother getting it repaired for a third time. One of the bathroom cabinet lights didn't work and the shower head kept falling down which wasn't repaired satisfactorily. The accommodation states ''Hot Tub' but there wasn't one. There was a jacuzzi in the main pool but it didn't seem to be fully working.
The mini supermarket within a short walk sold very little food and was very expensive. We had a car and needed it to be able to get to a supermarket for our lunches and the trips out. The supermarket in Porto Empedocle was OK but it was very difficult to park there.
