Come on people - you get what you pay for. Most hotels in Karpathos Pigadia are upwards of €130 a night - many thrice that. This hotel is €50 a night. Do not expect luxury.
As other travellers stated it’s old and over furnished and the shower needs to be held (same as in my other much pricier hotel). Leaving the key at reception is normal for someone Middle Aged as me. Shame the fridge doesn’t so work when the key is off - that’s my main quibble! And absence of kettle.
That said location is perfect and staff are super nice! I see water damage issues but it’s a tough economy and I hope they find the cash to fix these issues.

Locatie was niet zo mooi, wel weer dichtbij het centrum. Ontbijt was mager. Baas van het hotel was niet al te vriendelijk.
