Went there 2x for 2 nights before and after my trip to Mangystau. Was the perfect choice for some rest after my earlier travels and to re-energize after the trip into the desert. Great breakfast (thank you to Eleonora for organizing the plain blinis every time although they were not part of the buffet), huge gym (didn't try the pool though) and also decent location along the coast.
Nothing to complain about.

the room is cosy, wonderfull sheets.
It’s a high end hotel but ready for renovation. I missed a terrace with a view for relaxation. Current terrace could be better organized and decorated. Always the same music playing.
They are obviously under staffed because the dishes would pile on the tables after breakfast. The temperature on the ground floor extremely low, but it was not possible to cool my room so much. I missed getting more information about the pool and the gym and services available at the hotel upon my arrival.
