* Ahmet made great cocktails: Our favourite was Rock!
* Great entertainment team (Zumba, motorbike show, etc.)
* International and Turkish staff - both welcoming: especially at the reception area and infitinity bar (Ahmed)
* Overall good service
* Wi-Fi didn’t work.
* The air conditioning in the room was old and very loud.
* Sunbeds were already reserved by 6:30 a.m.
-> Premium sunbeds cost €60 per day which we had to book
* Some guests used the premium sunbeds (for more than 3 hours) without paying. Rojda ensured that unauthorized guests left the area.
* Premium sunbeds should be clearly marked with “Reserved” signs or secured, and the area should be monitored by at least two staff members.
* The majority of guests were from Poland and Turkey, with fewer international guests than expected.

Location
Old building, same poor quality foid served each day, lots of broken stuff, really smelly air-conditioning and bathroom, wind whistling through the old windows that don't close properly (none of these were rectified despite repeated requests). Staff were quite rude, and generally service was poor.
