Gostei de todo o ambiente externo, muito bonito e muita natureza que eu amo, simplesmente perfeito. ter ar condicionado e frigobar, tv, foi muito bom:
O banheiro poderia ser melhor, o registro do nosso quarto estava um pouco defeituoso mas nada que me atrapalhou, inclusive o jato era forte a agua bem gostosa. É mais por estética mesmo rs.

Fabio at the counter was great, friendly, and welcoming, and the place has 'good bones'. It feels like a slight adjustment would make this a great place, rather than an Ok place. Some of the staff didn't seem particularly happy to be there at all - and these sorts of things show. The location is fantastic - great access to the beach and main road, but without any of the noise.
Kids play area and pool are great, and the gym does what you need it to do. The place could be really great but is let down by what my gut feeling says is a lack of pride in the place, and you can feel it. If we hadn't stayed in so many other places in Bahia perhaps I would feel different as I wouldn't have a reference of what these places can be/are like.
Somewhat surface-level cleanliness, look a little past the immediately obvious and it is really not cleaned properly - this goes for the rooms and the public areas.
Arbitrary availability of tapiocas/eggs to order every second day rather than each day - this is certainly not the norm in Bahia, and frankly, if you offer it at all, just offer it? Breakfast quality was Ok, not great, particularly for the pricepoint.
