Paleokastrica is a very nice spot. As one could expect - very crowdy. This accommodation is up the hill, about 500m from the main beach. We had no mosqitoes there - hurray.
The pictures of the Studios give better impression than the reality is. I am not saying it is bad, just that we had expected sth slightly better and different than we met. The aircon - is noisy, and the stream of air comes directly to beds, we didn´t plan to have it on during night, however, it was hot inside so it was impossible to turn it off. Very limited number of pans. Just one pan and one saucepan. And please note that on Greek islands the tap water is not potable - so be prepared for buying bottles and bottles and carrying it up the steep hill. I am a bit sad that recyclation doesn´t work in Greece- all the rubbish in one bin :o(

Good location easy to walk places, nice gardens and balcony, staff were very helpful and responsive.
Beds were uncomfortable and it would have been a little small for 3.

Friendly staff, kitchen was good and had everything but would’ve been great if it had some oil and salt. It was nice and peaceful which meant you can get a good rest.
The cold handle on the tap in the bathroom only worked and it was cold for less than 1 minute before it went boiling hot meaning it was impossible to wash your face without burning your face. The walk up the massive hill to get to the property is no joke especially in the heat and with luggage.
