verything about our stay was wonderful. The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. A special thanks to Mr. Haitham at the front desk for their exceptionally warm welcome and for making sure our stay was comfortable from start to finish. And Mr Zaki at front desk as well and Ibrahem from house keeping for his amazing smile and help,We also want to highly commend Khaled at the beach for his great help and excellent service. The staff truly made our vacation special.

This was our fifth stay at Tropital Sahl Hasheesh, and as always, the welcome at the front desk was exceptional. Mr. Haithem greeted us warmly and went above and beyond to help adjust the number of rooms on my reservation. He even coordinated directly with Mr. George, the General Manager, to refund the extra rooms that the booking system mistakenly added. Their professionalism and genuine care set the tone for another great family vacation. We booked 7 rooms, fully paid in advance, and invited our family for what we expected to be a wonderful stay at the resort. The resort features an exclusive, beautifully designed long boardwalk. As you walk along it, the stunning beauty of the Red Sea surrounds you from every angle until you reach the first set of stairs leading into the water. The water is clearer than any pool, and the underwater scenery is truly indescribable — no photo can capture the beautiful coaral reefs and colorful fish your eyes will see. It’s something you must witness with your own eyes. I haven’t seen anything like this at any other resort I’ve visited. The food at the main restaurant is excellent, with a new theme every day — grilled meats, fresh grilled fish, and more. Just be careful… you might gain a little weight! The pools and snack areas are a lifesaver if you have young kids. They’re convenient, well-placed, and make the stay much easier for families. As always, Tropital has gone above and beyond with their service. Year after year, I’m impressed by how well they maintain the resort. Everything looks fresh, clean, and consistently new. They truly do an outstanding job with upkeep. At night, the animation team puts on great shows and gets the guests involved in a fun and respectful way. My room service team was extremely professional and courteous to me and my family. A special thank you to Mohamed for the constant smile he greeted us with every single day.

The restaurant staff’s demeanor needs improvement, particularly in ensuring fair and equal treatment for all guests.

Overall it was good

Double check the booking before paying because something happens that changes the booking so watch out ! I paid for 3 people and apparently thats was for 1 person and i had to pay extra when i arrived
