So much to like at Ruen Come In that it's hard to know where to begin. I was searching for a traditional Lanna teak house, a garden and a pool in a competitive price point and Ruen Come In had them all. But what made it such an exceptional place is that the family that own the place are incredibly kind and lovely. Mai, her husband, her son and her team bring a real heart and soul to the place. It's not like being at a typical hotel - more like an upmarket home stay. I loved the breakfast with organic eggs from the owners farm and the macrobiotic breakfast has homemade miso paste. The breakfast choice is really wide too. All the rooms in the 3 categories are beautifully designed and the suites are huge!
I loved the place so much that I cancelled my week elsewhere and stayed for two. It's a 15 min walk north of Nimman, in a quiet local area- I liked this but some people may want to be in the heart of the action .
The night club next door can be loud, but if you bring decent earplugs it won't affect you

Big room, big bathroom, nice balcony, breakfast was good.
We left one day early and the manager refunded the last night without any issues!
The AC in the room was very dirty. The restaurant is permanently closed since covid. The pictures on booking suggested a restaurant.
The room was nice but only very little toilet paper (1/4 roll maybe).
The worst part: as others commented, the hotel is next to a night club. Even though I had earplugs, the bass was crazy loud until 3 AM.
The pool was dirty when we arrived and the place just doesn't look like the photos on booking.
