La limpieza, disponibilidad de plaza de garaje y una cama cómoda. La relación calidad precio esta bien.
La habitación era algo pequeña, en mi lado de la cama no tenía mesilla, se había roto. Muy fácil de llegar a la zona de la muralla pero algo retirado si vas a ir y venir varias veces al día andando.

The hotel is quite new and has an interesting design in the lobby and breakfast area. The staff were helpful and the location is a little bit away from the main town centre, but there are shops and bars quite close.
The rooms do not have AC but you can open fully all the windows and allow air to circulate and cool down the room somewhat. (it still was pretty hot in the room in August !).
The breakfast was good with a variety of options.
We were given a twin room upon arrival (booked a double) and the staff needing some convincing to change our room. However after a long wait and one wrong key (resulting in entering a room that already had people!) this was changed (they gave us free breakfast for the inconvenience).

Das Zimmer war ansprechend eingerichtet und hatte eine gute Größe. Morgens gab es kostenlosen Kaffee. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Bars und Läden. Es war einfach einen Parkplatz vor der Tür zu finden. Das Personal sprach überwiegend gut Englisch und war freundlich.
Wahrend unseres Aufenthalts war es sehr heiß in Lugo und das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage. Man hat uns zwar einen Ventilator gegeben, der aber nicht viel geholfen hat. Bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen war nicht möglich, da jede Nacht die Müllabfuhr mit viel Lärm unterwegs war.
Das Hotel liegt recht weit außerhalb vom Zentrum und bei deutlich über 30 Grad ist der Fußweg dorthin schon anstrengend.
