A charming historic hotel, full of character, high ceilings, original details, fresh air, comfortable rooms and a wonderful peaceful atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained and the we had a wonderful night sleep. Perfect for a few slow days by the sea away from the noise of the city.

The staff is very nice and helpful. We have stayed here in the past and our visit this time was every bit as nice. We would not hesitate to stay here in the future. In door private parking was available for a very reasonable charge.
We have.no complaints, our stay couldn't be better.

Centrally located, 10-minute walk to the beach, on-site parking for a reasonable fee, a nice breakfast and a very pleasant and accommodating host.
In-room AC unit was quite loud and may be distracting for some guests. We just turned is off after cooling the room and sleep soundly without issue.

Not much, breakfast was surprisingly good by italian standards
The hotel was probably built in the 70s and is showing its age. The room is over furnished with cheap furniture and the bathrooms even though there is relatively new ceramic wear it is all showing signs of age.
I reserved a parking space, but it was full despite the owner insisting that if i did a 100 point turn I might be able to park it in what he called a space, which would have also blocked anyone else from leaving, a moment of complete madness. He then said that i should park it on the street, which I did. On returning to the reception after paying for a street parking space, realising the error of his ways he offered me a space in front of the hotel. I agreed to take it when my prepaid space runs out about 19h. On going down at 19h there is a change of shift and the woman now in charge, denies any previous agreement and refuses to give me the space, completely unforgivable behaviour.
The beach is supposed to be 200m away, it is more like 300m and one has to pass through a dingy underground passage below the railway line.
