It’s right opposite the Noosa river and has a bus stop virtually at the front door. It was quiet and had all the amenities you could need. Even a bookshelf filled with great books. There was a lovely downstairs lounge which would be a nice retreat for kids.
There was a little step up into the kitchen that I really hurt my toe on, it might need some yellow tape or something to make it obvious. Also there was a very loud ticking clock in the bedroom which I had to remove whilst we were there. The property is dated but clean and I would certainly recommend it.

Good location, 3 to 5min by walk to ferry station.
10min to Woollys.
Coffee stand next ferry station for morning coffee.
Good size Heated swimming pools and Jacuzzi.
We should have brought tennis rackets.
There is clean and good tennis court .
Instant Coffee and tea bags are in the kitchen.
Checking in was confused.
No one at reception. We did online check in , but didn’t receive an information to get key and room number.
Luckily kind other guests explained me how to get a key.
Remember there is no shampoo and conditioners.

The unit was immaculate and modern and comfortable surrounded by a pretty tropical garden. The complex was opposite the Noosa River and the bus stop was at the front . The hosts were particularly friendly and helpful.
The tennis court needs upgrading
