The villa itself is very beautiful and has a great atmosphere. The outdoor area is especially nice, and overall the place feels comfortable and well-designed. Everything about the space was enjoyable and we really liked staying there.
Unfortunately, the cleaning service was not up to standard. The floor was not swept regularly unless we specifically asked, and even then it was sometimes still not properly cleaned — there were often hairs left on the floor. Towels were not replaced with clean ones, even after cleaning was requested.
We stayed for 10 days, and for two people only one bar of soap was provided for the entire stay, which was also not replaced.
It felt like the cleaning was either incomplete or only partially done. We understand that in some places tips are expected, and we are absolutely fine with tipping for good service. However, it’s difficult to tip when the service itself is not properly provided. It gave the impression that tips were expected before the work was actually done, which felt unusual.

Location is good, but the are 250 meters up hill walking to get to the hotel. Fitness that is not for everyone, I guess. Taxi would cost you some extra money then.
The room was very comfortable and well maintained. Small kitchenette in the apartment helped a lot.
Heavy aroma used for bed sheets washing, that might cost you an unexpected asthma hit one day.
Nearby Kleopatra beach is heavily poluted with tons of cats shit, making it's wonderful sand to a dangerous smelly substance.

Very good personal staff. Nice location and good view from the balcony (night Alanya city). Nice to stay in the room for two person maximum. Not recommended if you have a children below 3 years old.
Hot water not stable in shower cabin (hot/cold every 2 seconds). Impossible to get shower.
