Situated in Snyderville, this attractive condo for $122 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Just looking for a change of scenery or to catch up with friends or family, this is the perfect place for you. This home has been designed for the most discerning people looking for boutique hotel comfort, walkability, and a well-equipped kitchen. We take very seriously the safety of our guests and continue to have enhanced cleaning protocols for Covid-19. We are located just steps away from many good restaurants (Sushi, Pub, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Fusion cuisine, etc.) and also boutiques, cafes including Starbucks, and lots of shops to explore. We also have walking/biking/cross-country skiing trails just a few steps away. Located on the ground floor, with no step entry, it is easy to unload ski equipment or groceries to log on to the second floor. This corner unit has sun coming in the morning from the side of the home and afternoon sun in the front of the house, and there is green space in front of the condo. This two-bedroom with two generous bathrooms luxury condominium is equipped with central air-conditioning, a water softener to protect your skin against the hard local water, a gas cooktop, a fully-equipped kitchen, a Wolf gas grill, a vented gas fireplace, an open floor plan with a dining room sitting 6 people. We want you to have the best experience possible and comfort is key for us: King and Queen beds with soft 800 thread count sheets, super comfortable pillows, and comfortable furniture throughout. The two bedrooms (one King & one Queen) have very comfortable mattresses that are both just right (not too soft, not too hard) and comfortable Hotel Collection pillows with a choice of medium and soft pillows in each bedroom. You will find soft Egyptian Cotton bath towels and two plush robes, and a hairdryer in each room. The laundry room has an iron and small ironing board, and a full-size washer and drier for your convenience. Enjoy granite countertops, 9' ceilings, comfort height toilets, no-step entry to the residence from the garage, large windows, and an 8’ storm door to enjoy the view and bring in lots of light. HDTV, high-speed wireless internet to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Pamper yourself and relax in front of the fireplace, listen to music, or watch your favorite show. Step out and admire the mountain views, sit and have a coffee or glass of wine, or just cook out on our gas grill that also features a roasting element. We have a small bistro table with two chairs to eat out, and two Adirondack chairs to relax. Enjoy candles to create a relaxing ambiance, books, board games, and warm and fuzzy throws to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible. This is a great vacation place for one couple with occasional guests, two couples or friends, or a small family, and a wonderful place for seniors in the summer with no steps, walkability, reasonable pricing, and A/C. Please take note that this home is not really baby-proofed, but we do offer a few basics. The attached garage is great for an easy download of ski equipment and groceries. The garage also comes equipped with a great hanging space to dry ski clothes, a bench to get ready, and ski hangers. It also has rubber padding to keep your feet warm while you get ready to hit the slopes. The grounds are meticulously maintained in the winter for a quick exit to the slope after large precipitation. You can enjoy many of our perks, including our ski boot warmers (they are really wonderful) for up to 4 pairs of boots or to dry mittens and gloves. You wake up in the morning and your boots are dry and warm :) We also have two mountain bikes and helmets available for your enjoyment!!! The private garage is also equipped with a keypad for easy and contactless access to the property, and we will provide you with your PERSONAL ENTRY CODE. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with quality cookware, a French press, a regular coffee machine, quality knives, and all basics and not-so-basic cooking tools such as cheese fondue pots, a raclette oven, a crock-pot, etc. It also comes equipped with basic cooking ingredients so you enjoy cooking homemade meals if you wanted to (oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs & spices, condiments, baking basics, etc.) This saves our guests money and avoids a lot of waste if you are staying only for a short stay. We also have a complimentary pantry available to all our guests, and we ask them if they have excess food at their departure not to trash it, and just leave it in the pantry for future guests, this will avoid waste and help future guests. Grocery stores are close by (Whole Foods, Smith’s, Super Walmart) and we provide a rolling tote for shopping or groceries if you do not have a car. If you don't have a car or don't feel like driving to the ski hill or to downtown Park City, you can take the FREE Park City Transit Service. You can be dropped off at any of the three ski resorts (Deer Valley, Park City, or the Canyons), downtown Park City, or shopping centers. A pick-up point is conveniently located just a short walk away in Redstone Marketplace. This is a great value property, and the location is amazing, you can enjoy a wide selection of ski hills close by: The Canyons (9 min), Park City (15min), Deer Valley (16 min), Snowbird (45 min), Sundance (46 min), Solitude (50 min), Brighton (50 min), Alta (60 min), and Snow Basin (65 min) We thrive in making a wonderful and memorable experience for all our guests :)

The property was very clean and well appointed, and the host is well organized and responsive to questions. Staying near the shops, restaurants, and grocery store in the Redstone area was a huge benefit during the traffic and congestion of holiday week. Our family of four enjoyed our stay.

The home looked just like, if not better than, the pictures - it was well supplied and the communication was easy! The location is excellent! It was easy to make it home for a week. Our only complaint was that the unit is on the ground floor and the upstairs neighbors were very loud (especially early in the morning).

We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. Joanne was amazing to work with. Our condo was nice. Location was the best. Recommendations for restaurants was spot on. It was quiet. Always felt safe. We were right in the heart of everything. If you love to cook like I do, you will appreciate the great kitchen. We will be going back. Joanne, thanks for everything. We travel a lot and use VRBO often. This stay rated up at the top. Don’t pass this one up.

This condo was the perfect home base for a girls trip. As long time friends and former Park City residents we knew the location was perfect for biking, hiking, and enjoyed its proximity to dining. We loved being close to Main St. But being out of town traffic. Our morning walk for coffee then a stroll past the Swaner Preserve to bid good morning to the sandhill cranes was the best. The unit was comfortable and very well appointed. Joanne was a lovely and attentive host, going above and beyond to make our vacation experience memorable.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the access we had to everything we need. The home is very well equipped and so centrally located. Loved it.
