Proximity to centre , cosy , clean room, comfortable bed,lovely soft towels, WiFi great and good Smart TV which easy to use, kettle and tea and coffee in room as well as great working large hairdryer equivalent to that used in hairdresser salon, hot shower and hand soap and shower gel as well as shampoo provided , excellent welcome from Kieran who gave us plenty of tips where to visit and made us feel at home , great security with door being locked but fob to get in especially late at night no problem and place so quiet😊

No heated towel rail to dry towels but could have fresh towels daily if needed.

Very high standard of cleanliness in the room

Being spoken to rudely by a male member of staff. I was left feeling humiliated. I could not recall if I'd booked breakfast genuinely. When I checked the website it said continental breakfast. I only wanted some Weetabix and water. I don't drink tea or coffee. but I was told I must have known this when I booked I apologised and was quite happy to leave but the actions of being quickly ushered out of the breakfast room so as not to 'spoil the breakfast for other guests' made to feel like a criminal. Not handled in the right way at all! Far too heavy handed. I found the whole experience odd and completely unnecessary. Some brushing up on customer service would be welcomed. For this reason I will never stay at bolands again. This is a shame as the lady who welcomed me on arrival was very nice.
