Onsight parking and restaurant were convenient. Breakfast options were decent, although we came near the end of the timeslot and so there were fewer options. The beds were comfortable and AC welcome.
Two of the rooms smelled slightly like cigarette smoke - I had not thought to look at whether smoking was allowed when I booked. Service was generally gruff.

Location - near Bolzano , on the way to Nova Levante (Carezza lake ).
Excellent pizza in restaurant.
Drive out of parking to the mountain road with relatively high traffic !

The place is close to Bolzano, better if you have a car as the only way to get to other places is a bus line that comes every hour. Pretty views from the rooms. The place itself is very quiet, surely the optimal choice if you looking for a place to relax. Breakfasts are served till 10 and everything looked nice. You can also enjoy a quiet dinner in their restaurant. They also provide a free pass that can be used inside any public bus or train inside the area.
Working staff is kind, but I reckon they could be a little bit more helpful. Our room looked nice and comfortable, although a little bit dusty underneath our bed. Balcony door was left wide open probably while tiding, so when we were back in the evening we didn't enjoy too much the cold temperature ( also some bugs were found inside ).
