The fact it was next to the beach

The mattresses could be a bit comfier

Smell from the ground floor rooms.

The breakfast served at the main hotel was really nice.

There was an awful smell at the rooms, they were trying to remove it but with no results. Also the room was not properly clean. You should mention if certain rooms have problems, as it was obvious that was not a new problem.
