Facilité d'accès, rapport qualité/prix, (une chambre à ce prix-là, ça n'existe plus !) la possibilité de se faire à manger et un café le matin, l'emplacement au calme, c'est un endroit parfait pour un petit séjour dans la région ! Proximité de restaurants en bord de mer (en voiture).
On entend les voisins - surtout quand ils ne sont pas discrets - mais heureusement, ça n'a pas duré trop longtemps. Les murs ne sont pas épais, surtout on les entend lorsque la porte est ouverte.

Friendly/helpful staff, Sylvie promptly after booking gave us straightforward instructions on how to get there and in on arrival. Facilities were good quality, well maintained and clean. Shame only that we only had one towel to share between three of us. Kettle and several tea choices available which was a nice touch. Should have brought some milk for tea in the morning… free parking right outside.

We were lucky in that the concierge was at the premises when we arrived which made entry a little easier.
Compact and Bijou is an understatement. Space was very tight, especially in the bathroom. I never did work out how to enter and leave the secure car park.
The entry road could use some fresh tarmac too.
