L'appartamento si trova a due passi dalla spiaggia di Platis Gialos, ha una bella vista sul mare. A 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata dell'autobus che porta in centro città (passa ogni mezz'ora, davvero comodo!). Inoltre sempre nelle vicinanze ci sono noleggio scooter/quad, bar, ristoranti e mini market.
Il parcheggio si trova in cima ad una ripida salita.
La cucina è davvero mini, noi l'abbiamo usata sono per la colazione e una cena veloce.
