The property was perfect, spacious rooms, amazing views from the balcony with the jacuzzi.
The only thing that they can improve was on the breakfast, the breakfast experience wasn’t aligned with the overall villa experience.

The complex is made up of small villas surrounding a lovely swimming pool and view over the sea. The villas a well equipped with washing machines and kitchen and they are cleaned daily really well. Breakfast is provided and is great. Patricia helped with car hire as it’s needed being a little far out for walking to and from the beach areas.
Lovely restaurants to eat at down at the beaches, Naxos town is great also. Hilltops with olive groves worth a visit. Overall a fab stay on Naxos.
If you are looking for walking to beach this is too far up the hill in hot weather.

As a family of 5 we were delighted with our stay in lliada villas.
Very spacious accommodation.
We had 3 large double bedrooms.
2 sitting room areas, and gorgeous rooftop area with hot tub.
Kitchen with large fridge freezer with everything you need except a microwave.
Pool area was very clean and always free very comfortable sun beds in August!
Breakfast 8:30-10:30 every morning
Lots of choice. Just carry your tray to your balcony and enjoy in the sun (unless too windy).
Patricia and all the staff were always on hand to help with everything. Rooms cleaned impeccably everyday.
Location is excellent.
10 mins walk via salt lakes to beautiful beach.
Bus stop to Naxos town or to plaka beach just 4/5 min walk.
Easy 10/15 min walk into resort, lots of gorgeous restaurants and beach bars.
No real complaints maybe pillows a bit high.
