Excellent stay for 11 days

Lovely staff at reception helped us with everything for the whole holiday. Particular mention that my son has an allergy to nuts and they arranged a special treat every morning for him. Pool was great and we rarely saw others using it, I was concerned it might be busy, but this wasn't the case. Room was a great size and a lovely balcony to sit on. Despite being in a complex around the pool the rooms are arranged so that you actually have some privacy on your own balcony.

The distance to town was ok, but the roads were very busy and no pavement. Not much the hotel could do about this though. Breakfast was nice, but could do with a little more variety. Hot food was similar every day. Lovely deserts though

Lovely villas

Fab villas with lots of space for families. Great to have a separate bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and 4 terraces for the views! A washing machine was a great addition for us to be able to wash our clothes during our island hopping. Breakfast was varied. Only improvement would be a machine for coffee choices rafter than filter coffee.

Great villa close to amazing beaches

The villa was great! Lovely bedroom with ensuite upstairs and the boys had their own bathroom (with a washing machine) on the ground floor. We only stayed a few days but it had everything you needed for a longer stay. We didn't use the pool as we were with teenagers and loved the beaches but would be perfect for small children. Really easy to walk along the front with several different beaches and great restaurants to choose from. All far more reasonable than the other islands we'd visited. Nikki & Fay were perfect hosts, with great info on the island and made us feel very much at home.

Possibly a little too far to walk with small children but an easy 2 minute drive to the main beach/supermarket etc.

A MAGNIFICENT STAY

The host Nikki and the other girl working at the front desk were exceedingly gracious and very helpful. All my questions were answered immediately. The breakfast consisting of local Greek dishes was excellent and something to look forward to. In retrospect, I'm glad I didn't rent a car, an added expense I didn't need since everything is within a 10 to 25 minute walk( Beaches, restaurants, supermarket, busstop) The location of the Villa was great , far enoughfrom theport of Chora but close enough by bus or taxi whick Nikki could easily arrange for 20 Euros The Villa was clean and comfortable with excellent climate control. There are nice balconies on both the lower and upper levels. I would highly recommend staying at this Villa.

Definitely give Illiada Villas a thumbs up and would stay again in the future.

Naxos is a family friendly island with beautiful beaches and this was our first stay on the island. Illiada Villas provided exceptional service pre and post holiday. Their staff set our expectations and planning prior to our stay by providing restaurants, lodging, and transportation information. They were able to plan transportation to and from the airport, arrange meal delivery, and provide daily cleaning services during our stay. The staff were always friendly, professional, and courteous. Daily breakfast was provided featuring local and fresh ingredients. The villas are also near nice restaurants, shopping and Agios Prokopios, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Nice and really comfortable apartments 10min walking distance from Agios Prokopios beach. The breakfast was also amazing - we totally recommend to everybody; especially perfect for families :) Special thanks to Nikki for helping us with everything! :

Lovely stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Iliada Villas! Great fresh breakfast with lots of variety every day, nice pool area + view and the room is comfortable. Only 10 min walk away from the beach and all the restaurants. We traveled with our little one in a stroller and this was perfectly fine to the beach. Lovely host who was always available for questions and great cappuccinos :) would definitely recommend!

Exceptional

Clean, comfortable, the toiletries provided by the hotel were nice. The breakfast was good and was accompanied by the cats that live there (that's a plus :)). And of course the pool was clean and deep.

Superb

Ideal location for a relaxing holiday. 5 minute walk to a village with plenty of tavernas and shops as well as a beautiful beach. Also very close to a bus stop for exploring Naxos Town and other places on the island. Lovely pool and spacious villa for two. Staff were helpful with our questions and needs.

Bathrooms in the villas needed a bit of maintenance (toilet roll holder falling off and missing shower shelf) but this was only very minor and likely because we stayed at the very end of the season.

We made an excellent choice staying at Iladia Villas

Excellent villa very well equipped housekeeping first class, the villas are cleaned every day and are spotless. The staff are all extremely friendly you immediately feel at home. Breakfast is superb lots of choice. It is a very quiet relaxing place to stay, very close to the beach and a short drive from Naxos Town. Would highly recommend thanks to all the staff.

great choice, well run and welcoming place!

Great spot just a few minutes from the main area but really quiet and good feel. loved my unit, it was well equipped and quite spacious. the checkin was very smooth, the ladies are so helpful and always friendly. the breakfast spread was nice and had a nice choice. the pool area was quite relaxing. overall everything was just lovely.

Incredible stay

We stayed at Iliadas Villas for 2 weeks. Vasilis and Kristos were incredible. They helped us with everything: from car rental, to accommodating last minute requests, making the best iced coffee in the morning and taking the time to have a chat with us. They were understaffed and incredibly busy but the quality of service and care was still the best. The villas are cleaned daily by a fast and efficient team and the swimming pool is fabulous. Lots of families around which was good distraction for our young son and we felt at home. It’s close to the best beaches in Naxos and a short drive from the capital Chora. I loved it and strongly recommend it. Rent a car to be able to explore around and the mountains, it’s worth it.

Superb

The villa was very spacious which was nice for our family of 5. The breakfast was tasty. The kids enjoyed the pool. It was fairly easy to walk to the nearby village for delicious food and a beautiful and popular beach.

It could use some updating - especially the mattresses and bathrooms. One of the AC units didn't work very well. I expected it to be a little nicer for the price and since it's advertised as "luxury".

Dirty and rusty, air conditioner smelled very bad. Old and cheap buildings, plus poorly maintained.

Exceptional

The staff were amazing from the moment I made my booking. Vasali the hotel manager went over and beyond to make us feel at home. The buffet was great and the food was amazing. Well maintained and super clean. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Lovely place and friendly enough host : Naxos is very nice and would go again.

Breakfast was plentiful and very good. Location is a bit far and steep from town and beach but OK. Pool is nice but cold in September.

Some info on the town and a map would be good.

Perfect last minute stay

We had a last minute change of plans due to ferry cancellation, we were so happy that they were able to accommodate us on such short notice! Location and facilities are excellent! Definately would stay here again but next time on a planned visit!

The Villa was simply amazing. We loved every minute of our stay.

The Villa was simply amazing. We loved the Villa's breakfast. The best part was sitting on the patio every morning enjoying brekky with the view over the pool and out to the sea. The cleaners were in every day. They cleaned the Villa and changed bed linen each day, which was a bonus and certainly wasn't expected. Chris the Manager was brilliant. He helped us arranged car hire and taxis. Chris was always asking if we were happy and if we needed anything. The walk to restaurants, bars, beach and the supermarket was only a 10-15 minute walk.

The only thing we didn't like was having no footpaths to walk on but its like this all over the Island and you get used to walking on the road.
