Location brilliant, although there are a fair number of steps to reach the property. The bonus of that is the fantastic views of the harbour and the wonderful sunsets.
Shade outdoors on the balcony could be improved with an awning or sunshade - the patio does get very hot.

The room was comfortable and the view excellent.
It was an adjoining room and the guests next door could be heard through the connecting door. They were loud at all hours and it affected my sleep.
