The family and children will be up into the early hours of the morning, playing and talking. We and children try to get into our room around 1am. Just be prepared it’s a very communal space.

Great rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served. Views to the landscape of Fes' medina.
Bathroom in 8 person room had to toilet paper and shower was not comfortable to use, but it is not a huge problem as the price for night is amazing.

Friendly staff, great location in the middle of the Medina, nice roof terrace with lovely view over the city. Quiet room with working air conditioning and plenty of space.
Bed was hard and bedding was very basic (duvet cover was not provided) and had multiple stains. Shower flooded the whole bathroom with each use, which remained for the rest of the day and we were told not to flush toilet paper in the loo. Frequent smell of drains in the room. No cupboard nor clothing rack provided to unpack clothing. There was also a screw loose in the door handle which made closing the door difficult. This required a simple repair, but was simply being ignored. Breakfast was nice, but very basic and minimal (the same every day) and no fresh juice. We hope this will be taken as constructive criticism to improve the property, as it clearly has a lot of potential!
