All staff members were professional and very courteous, Spacious clean rooms, beds were Very comfortable, and plenty of parking are a few of the things that stand out. My overall experience for the 3 day stay was exceptional, especially coordinating my stay with Nat, for 4 rooms. Nat was extremely professional, patient, accomodated all my requests, and was the primary reason I decided to stay at this hotel.

Accommodation was very good value for money, staff were great and breakfast was nice.
My only issue was the Wi-Fi in our room. It was poor and should be a lot better.

Apparently we were upgraded But it was on the ground floor and they have a karaoke going until 1130pm at night and on Sunday night There was people in the bar partying until 4 am. The staff were apologetic but we could not sleep. The staff are fully aware that the room is affected by the noise of the singing, so it was not an upgrade. Breakfast selection is very limited as they do not offer a buffet when they have small occupancy.
