Cesare was a very helpful host and responded immediately to questions. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with excellent air con. The location is superb - in the centre of the old town and yet very quiet. We made good use of the lovely terrace with a sea view for early evening drinks.

Central location, really close to many restaurants and the sea front in the historic area which is beautiful. Very clean and comfortable, many amenities , air con invaluable! Rooms were serviced halfway through the stay which was great , new towels and toiletries.
Breakfast was included in a different building one minute away in a roof top terrace location and served by a very friendly team, delicious and varied. Cesare our host was very helpful, hospitable and friendly.
Monopoli was a really good base for our trip to Puglia!
There was nothing we didn’t like!
The two flights of stairs in our apartment were quite steep but not a problem … the stairs to the breakfast were more challenging but worth it when we got to the top!

The host’s flexibility and generousity was amazing! The location was perfect and the size of the apartment great for us (3 pax). Monopoli is lovely and combines beach life, history and the modern italian way of life!
Porto Vecchia Beach is undergoing construction work, that was a slight disappointment the first day. But we quickly found a nearby alternative!

The location was excellent private and convenient
I found the conditioned cramped . The plumbing was very noisy . Bathroom noises came into each room . Constant unexplained banging noises at night .
