From the very first contact I knew we had found something special…..genuinely warm staff, lovely big room, fabulous queen sized bed with quality linen, a great breakfast spread, parking on site and sun loungers and umbrella also included for a very good price. Exceptional value.

Loved this place for a getaway and tranquility of this semi private beach. Restaurant overlooking nice swimmable cove. Other restaurants also. Very peaceful
It’s not a luxury facility but if you want a no pressure beach hotel with enough food choices then this is ok

We have always stayed in Ermoupolis in the past but made a choice to stay in Vari this time and had a great stay at family run Hotel Kamelo. Cousins Sophia and Alex were lovely, lovely hosts. Our room was clean & comfortable, we enjoyed the included breakfast whilst gazing at the sea and had yummy lunch and dinner at the restaurant (Saturday night was rocking, with guests and locals alike). You can’t get a place handier for the beach; there’s a kiosk over the road and a minimarket just behind. Other places were still preparing to open but there were enough options for us to keep fed & watered. Vari is on the bus route (which is how we found it last time) so we were easily able to get around and we used taxis for the journey to and from port. We had to leave quite early and Alex kindly booked our taxi and was there to see us off with a breakfast package for the journey. This was such a nice visit and we’d hope to return in the future.
