Not having a basin in the room. I was aware that the room was not en suite when booking, so I don't see that as an issue

Superb cooked breakfast eaten al fresco in the sun. Friendly staff. Inexpensive. Ideally placed for public transport near bus stop.
Very small room. Dirty wall from heads. Bed mattress kept slipping to one side. One shower didn't produce hot water (apparently for several weeks).
